Frequently asked questions
Can I send flowers to Thailand from abroad?
Yes. You order from a florist in Thailand, which arranges and delivers the bouquet locally. Nothing is shipped across the border, so the flowers are fresh.
What address details do I need?
The recipient's full name, a phone number that works in Thailand, and the address in English. A Thai version of the address or a map pin makes it much easier for the courier.
Which cities can I send to?
Check our city guides for what is specific to each place. Coverage depends on the florist you order from.
Can I send flowers to a hospital?
Often yes, but Thai hospitals rarely publish their rules. Read our hospital guide and ask the hospital which wards allow flowers.
Does ThaiFlowersNow take my order?
No. We are a guide. Orders, payments, changes and refunds are handled by the florist you order from, so please contact the florist about an existing order.
Which flowers should I avoid?
Colour and flower choice carry meaning in Thailand. See our guide to Thai flower etiquette before you choose for a funeral or a temple.
